TCS Great Glen Canoe Trail & Great Glen Way Fundraiser
On Friday 19th of September to Sunday 21st of September 2024, a dedicated team of 17 TCS staff embarked on a remarkable 55-mile journey through the Scottish Highlands, navigating the Great Glen Canoe Trail and Great Glen Way.
The three-day challenge was undertaken to raise funds in memory of Heather Dallas for Heather’s Heroes, alongside supporting Wakefield Hospice located close to the TCS facility in Leeds. Both hospices, along with a care home, provide essential services to individuals, families, and carers facing life-shortening illnesses, death, and bereavement, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
The team’s challenge was a great test of their endurance, determination and teamwork, resulting in an incredible £3,560 being raised to be split between both causes.
